A few loose strands are normal; repeated clumps or rapidly thinning areas are not.

Hand-tied lace can release occasional hairs, especially during initial brushing. Detangle gently and count trends rather than individual strands.

Photograph unusual shedding, stop aggressive styling and contact the seller before altering the wig. Cutting into lace or wefts can also cause localised loss.
